True beauty radiates from inner harmony and authentic self-compassion. In the past, extreme perfectionism and control led me to severe anxiety and losing my period—a clear sign my body needed peace. By letting go of that pressure and using meditation and nature, I healed my nervous system and reclaimed my feminine energy. Today, as a ‘Softly Strong’ woman, my mission is to advocate for mental health and hormonal awareness. I want to inspire others to replace harsh self-criticism with the healing power of self-love.
