Follow Elena Haakana’s journey to Miss Global 2026.
Elena Haakana represents the kind of pathway Miss Estonia can open. After stepping onto the Estonian stage, she is continuing toward Miss Global 2026 in Thailand with a platform built around confidence, femininity, kindness and animal welfare.
Her journey shows how pageantry can become more than one final night: it can build visibility, sharpen presentation skills, create content opportunities and give a contestant’s personal cause a stronger voice.
What contestants can gain from the programme.
Miss Estonia 2027 is designed as a preparation programme, not only a final event. Semi-finalists receive structure, visibility and experience that supports both the competition and their life outside it.
International pathway
Like Elena, the winner can move from the Estonian stage toward an international pageant and represent Estonia abroad.
Confidence on stage
Contestants develop presence, walking, interview confidence and public speaking through guided preparation.
Photos and content
The programme creates professional content, media moments and visibility that contestants can use for their own brand.
Personal platform
Elena’s focus on animal welfare is a strong example of using the title to bring attention to a cause with purpose.
Network and sponsors
Activities include sponsor collaborations, events and new contacts across beauty, media and lifestyle.
Fits real life
The several-month programme is planned so candidates can continue with work, university or school alongside preparation.

The semi-final includes an interview with a judge. Task completion and personal growth are taken into account, and ten semi-finalists continue to the final.

A several-month programme with photoshoots, promotional content, sponsor collaborations, online meetings and competition preparation, planned to fit alongside work or school.
Competition Week
Registration, welcome event, rehearsals, media interviews, Voice of Change programme and Grand Final preparations in Tallinn.
Grand Final
The Miss Estonia 2027 title is awarded live in Tallinn, together with Miss Baltics. The top 3 answer questions on stage before the winner is announced; a new public vote for the ten finalists counts towards the final score.
