Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the payment of the participation fee and participation in the Miss & Mrs Baltics competition.

2. Participation Fee

The participation fee for the Miss & Mrs Baltics competition is €300 per participant.

• Participation in all competition rounds
• Full programme during the event week (training, rehearsals, events)
• Sponsor gifts and materials
• Participation in the Grand Final

Travel and accommodation costs are not included.

3. Payment

The participation fee must be paid within the deadline stated at registration. We accept bank transfer and online payment solutions.

4. Refund Policy

• More than 30 days before the event — 50% refund
• 15–30 days before the event — 25% refund
• Less than 15 days before the event — no refund
• Event postponed by the Organizer — the participant’s place will be transferred to the next season

Refund requests must be sent to hello@missbaltics.com. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

5. Participation Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration
• Must be from Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania
• Must agree to all competition rules
• Must be able to attend all mandatory events
• Participant must not have created, sold, or distributed pornographic or sexually explicit content.

6. Media Consent

By registering, you grant the Organizer the right to use photographs and video materials created during the competition for media coverage, social media, promotion of future seasons, and the documentary film “Miss Baltics — The Film.”

7. Participant Responsibilities

• Attend mandatory training sessions and rehearsals
• Behave respectfully toward others
• Follow all competition instructions
• Not disclose confidential information

8. Organizer Rights

• Remove a participant in case of a breach of the rules
• Change the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances
• Postpone the event in case of force majeure
• The Organizer has the right to assess whether a participant’s public image, social media, or other activities are consistent with the values and reputation of the competition, and to refuse or revoke participation on that basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for personal belongings or for travel and accommodation expenses. Liability is limited to the participation fee paid.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harju County Court.
